Winter blues while trying to stay glam

Hey Glam Gals & Guys! A lot of us have packed on a few pounds during the holidays. Yeah the ham, the turkey, the dressing!  It's time  to emerge from your holiday haze into the rest of the world – and it’s time to feel beautiful again. I have came up with some tips on how to feel gorgeous during one of the hardest times of the year…
Change What Bothers You About Yourself
You should always do your best to love the person who looks back at you when you’re standing in front of the mirror (smile). Visit your local Dillard's store, JC Penny's,  Seaporha, or Macys to the cosmetic counters! They always have make up and skin conditions samples for free.
 
Revamp Your Wardrobe
If you find it difficult to search for outfits that make you feel beautiful, then it’s time to trash or recycle some of your old clothes and find new ones. A lot of us tend to gain weight and then keep our old clothes in the hopes that we’ll lose weight and fit into them again, but there’s no point in that. Donate your old ill-fitting clothes and find ones that you feel good in instead.

 I love the resell boutiques in Houston! You might find clothes with tags still attached for 80% of the retail price in the Montrose area. I'm pretty sure the town that you live in might have a wonderful boutique there but you have to find that little gem! Try the out skirts of town. I know when I travel I always bump into the small precious gems boutiques in the country area and finding unique things! If you’re a curvy glam gal or guy, go for long sleeves if you want to hide your upper arms, or dresses that are nipped in at the waist to emphasize your hourglass figure. Trust me that mate will be glancing!
